Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel's central location is undoubtedly convenient for accessing shopping centers, albeit in a low socioeconomic area. The staff, notably Mr Ashwin and Mr Karthik, stood out for their exceptional service, aiding with transportation needs proficiently. However, the limited breakfast selection failed to justify the hotel's rates, urging a plea for more variety from the management.The rooms were impeccably clean, offering a quiet retreat with a comfortable bed and efficient housekeeping services. While the ambience was delightful, the need for diverse breakfast options to accommodate guests from varying backgrounds was evident. The provision of in-room breakfast and a business center added to the convenience, making it favorable for business travelers and families alike seeking accessibility and safety.In conclusion, Madras Grand holds promise with room for growth in elevating its offerings to match the luxury it aspires to provide. For those seeking a safe and centrally located abode, the hotel presents a compelling choice, coupled with the potential for added value with thoughtful enhancements.
